Smoking rules in Nakano 中野区

  Smoking on the street is banned. No fine. Heated tobacco included.

  In force since October 1, 2026.

  区民の方の健康を守る観点から受動喫煙を防止し、誰もが快適に過ごせるまちづくりを実現するため、「中野区受動喫煙防止対策条例」を制定し、 2026年10月1日に施行しました。 この条例により、 区内公共の場所（道路、公園、その他区が設置・管理する施設の敷地 ）での喫煙が禁止されています 。区民のみなさまのご理解ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
